Runner Builds
Of the many ways to earn a living in Guild Wars, running is the most lucrative and has the smallest cost to the person doing it. You need not spend time hunting creatures and hope that they will drop an item you need. You don't even need to be level 20 (if you are running from the starter town to nearby places).
Since running can make a character 40k-80k in a period of just a few hours you would think that there would be running builds for every profession posted on sites like this one (Guild Wars Guru). In truth, there is only one running build listed, and it is for the profession of Ranger. I know that Warriors can make great runners, because they can absorb so much damage, but I have yet to see a list of the skills used for it. I have heard that the Dervish is also a great running profession to choose, but I have not actually seen a list of the skills used for that either.
I would like to see this massive community put its massive assets together and see if we can gather at least one build for each profession. With so many of us working on it we will likely find these builds in a matter of a week. There might not be a build for every profession, but at least we will have tried. I have a level 20 E/Mo that I am going to try and make into a runner. The acid test for the build should be the run to Droknar's Forge for everyone who runs in Tyria (I'm sorry, but I don't have Factions or Nightfall yet, so I don't know the most profitable places to run on those maps).
You can post your build's skills as a comment on this post or submit them to Guild Wars Guru to share them with the world.
Of course, if you are a warrior and think you might lose all your income from running just becuase the necromancers and elementalists you were running found out that they could do it themselves then fear not. There will always be characters that are started by experienced players that need/want to get to the most advanced armor early on in their careers. In short, no matter how many types of runners there are out there, there will always be a need for them.

Dude.....There's plenty of running builds for a petty good amount of the professions. It's called the search button.
I'll give you a warrior running build that I use to run to Sanctum Cay.
Sprint
Charge
Mending
Shields Up
"I Will Survive"
Endure Pain
Heal Sig
Remove Hex.

My build for running Sanctum Cay
Works even if the Mesmer boss spawns at the end, just make sure to cast Armor of the Earth last to cover the other 2 enchants.

Thank you
Thank you "Mr Slayer" for being unique in posting a running build for a non-common runner. Thank you everyone else for your many ideas for a Warrior/Monk runner. Thank you $hade for pointing out the "search" button, the function of which on this web site does not offer any new information about runner builds. Of course it is possible to search the internet, through multiple sites, and find more running builds than the one ranger build listed on this site. The point I attempted to make, and everyone seemed to get, is that it should be available in a centralized way.
Big applause to "Mr Slayer" for providing a screen shot for an easy view of exactly what the build looks like and how it should work.
Keep up the good work everyone!

By the way, don't run this.
Invest in a better elite by using [skill=text]Enraging Charge[/skill] for your running skill.
Like [skill=text]Healing Hands[/skill]
And [skill=text]Holy Veil[/skill] instead of Remove Hex
AND [skill=text]Signet of Stamina[/skill] instead of Shields Up or I will Survive.
